I heard Mighty Mouse crying out loud today! It was very faint, but I heard a weak little cry. I’ve seen her where you could tell she was crying, but never with any noise. Today you could also see her sucking away while she was sleeping and she had the tiniest of sneezes after they suctioned her nose. She also has the littlest of bums. She has graduated to Pampers preemie diaper, but they are huge on her. I also found out at the end of my visit with her that I could have held her for the first time EVER today, but she had just gone through vitals check, diaper change, and suction (which wears her out) and I had to get back because of babysitting issues. So the next time I go for a visit, if she is having a good day, I can hold her! She is 5-1/2 weeks old and I’ve never held her.

A couple of things happened today that re-enforces my faith and reminded me that there are good people out there, even ones who are praying and thinking of us that we may not know or we have crossed paths with them only briefly.   Thank you Auntie Brat for reminding me of that.
